Samawi manufacturer in a female led workshop that shared our vision of bespoke way of high finishing production. Collection are designed in the UK and produced between UK and Istanbul. We consciously only make small quantities to minimise production and needle waste. We focused on quality not quantity!

We care about eco friendly & sustainable fabric.  They are made in eco conscious fabric mills in Istanbul – sometimes sourced directly or through a UK agent.

• Orders for in-stock items are packed are dispatched within 3 business days. We do sometimes choose to hold back courier collection / drop off to minimise the carbon / fuel impact
• Royal Mail deliveries take 1-4 business days to UK and 3-7 days to Ireland (depending on service you choose).
• International deliveries take about 7-10 days to most other countries
• The ‘delivery’ time-frame / estimates are from the date of dispatch – not from the date of order
• Regrettably, none of the couriers / delivery services actually guarantee delivery times. We choose services that typically do a good job at meeting their delivery targets
• We ship ‘tracked and /or signed for’ and we will send you the tracking number (depending on service)
• Typically we pack and dispatch from Tuesday through to Friday. This applies to orders received before 1pm – subject to normal operational conditions.
• Applicable import duties are payable by you
• If you want to upgrade the delivery service or have a delivery deadline, send an email to info@samawi.london and we will do our best to get it out on the best service (extra costs will apply)

We all change our minds, or the fit isn’t quite right, so we are happy to exchange or return items. Please do e mail us at info@heulogactive.com so we can assist with this.

If you need to return –

Please let us know within 14 days of delivery of your package and we will tell you where to ship back to. Please return items within 14 days of letting us know and let us know which method you are using.

We recommend posting the item as it was shipped – tracked and signed for – as we cannot accept responsibility for any losses.

Please ensure the item/s are returned in the same packaging if possible – unworn, unwashed, stain and smell free and with the tags still intact so that we can re-sell.

Refunds will be issued to the same method of original payment and will be processed as soon as we receive the item and are happy to proceed.
